Cookery NC II is a technical-vocational qualification from the Philippines that provides the skills and knowledge to clean kitchen areas, prepare hot and cold meals, and make dessertsThis 316-hour course is designed to prepare individuals for entry-level cook positions by covering essential culinary competencies like food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen hygiene, and common competencies such as workplace communication and safety. 

The Electrical Installation and Maintenance NC II Qualification consists of
competencies that a person must achieve to enable him/her to install and maintain electrical wiring, lighting and related equipment and systems where the voltage does not exceed 600 volts in residential houses/buildings.

The EVENTS MANAGEMENT SERVICES NC III Qualification consists of competencies that a person must achieve to coordinate events, functions and/or conferences which may be held in conference centers, hotels, motels, restaurants, clubs, resorts and luxury liners. It includes competencies on event planning such as planning and developing an event proposal, concept, and program, selecting a venue and site, and updating event industry knowledge, as well as competencies on on-site event management such as providing onsite management services, managing contractors and updating knowledge on protocol.

This course is designed to enhance the knowledge, skills and attitude in Housekeeping specifically it covers, to provide housekeeping services to guest, prepare room for guest, clean premises, provide valet service , launder linen and guest clothes.

The DRESSMAKING NC II Qualification consists of competencies that a 
person must achieve to enable him/her to draft and cut pattern; lay-out pattern on the material/fabric, sew material/fabric and apply finishing touches on the ladies casual apparel of the Garment sector. Casual Apparel consists of casual dress, blouse, skirt, trouser, shorts and culottes.

The EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES NC II Qualification consists of competencies that a person must achieve to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation with automated external defibrillation operation, maintain life support equipment and resources, implement safe access and extrication procedures in an emergency, contribute in receiving request for ambulance service, contribute in allocating ambulance service resources, contribute in coordinating emergency resources, deliver basic ambulance communication skills, contribute in on-road operations, contribute to emergency scene management, contribute to special event scene management, contribute to routine scene management, deliver pre-hospital patient care, contribute to ambulance operations management, transport emergency patients, transport non-emergency patients, and drive an ambulance under operational conditions. 

The ELECTRONIC PRODUCTS ASSEMBLY AND SERVICING NC II Qualification consists of competencies that a person must possess to assemble electronic products, prepare printed circuit boards (PCB) modules, and install and service consumer and industrial electronic products and systems. 

The COMPUTER SYSTEMS SERVICING NC II Qualification consists of competencies that must possess to enable to install and configure computers systems, set-up computer networks and servers and to maintain and repair computer systems and networks. 

The ORGANIC AGRICULTURE PRODUCTION NC II Qualification consists of competencies that a person must achieve to produce organic farm products such as chicken and vegetables including producing of organic supplements such as fertilizer, concoctions and extracts. It has two (2) elective competencies which are on raising organic hogs and raising organic small ruminants.
